-In Jons spare time he likes to run errands and do stuff that needs to be done at his house.

-Some Pre-game, superstitions he has are, he ties his shoes over and over and he has to play with something on his wrist, like a rubberband..

-Jons first dunk was in the eighth grade

-Jon first played hoops in the Eighth grade. He got cut from the seventh-grade team... AWW:(

***Influences***
Jonathan is very close to his mother, Willie Mae, and his grandmother, Cora. He says his decision to turn pro will benefit them the most.

"I want to make sure my mom and my grandma don't work anymore," said Jonathan. "I'm not really worried about me right now. I'm worried about them. They worked hard every day of their life. They've taken care of me, so it's my turn to take care of them."

Jonathan credits his mother with teaching him the politeness and patience that everyone sees when they meet him. AWW;-) so cute... i cant wait till i meet him.

"I'm definitely patient," says Jonathan. "My mom taught me patience. When I was young and wanted a pair of shoes, she made me wait a month."

Basketball-wise, Jonathan grew up idolizing Michael Jordan, whose scoring record he broke in the 1999 McDonald's High School All-American Game. "He's my idol," says Jonathan.
